InnovationTechnologyUsing technology to motivate better health

This is a great innovative example of using existing technology to try and motivate people to become more active, hopefully leading to a better lifestyle. Using a financial reward as a motivator is definitely a way to push people in the right direction. This system uses AI and image recognition to record and track the user’s movements in order to assess whether or not they have completed the correct amount of squats.

I wonder how a trial of this would run in Melbourne Public Transport Victoria, Dyson Group of Companies?

I believe we would need more than one machine at a station as this is a pretty good incentive and an easy task to help people save some money, no more needing to arrive in the CBD before 7 for a free trip.

Let me know below would you do 30 squats for a free ticket?
