During the consultation process it was recognised that an online booking system would add efficiency and improve productivity across the Woods Accident Repairs Centre network. By offering an alternative to over the phone bookings, Woods customers would have an online option to book in their car for a quote.
Aerion Technologies designed and developed a web application that allows Woods to manage branch bookings. Customers now have the ability to login online and schedule a booking at a convenient time and location for them.
