Anthony is co-founder and CTO of Aerion Technologies. Anthony contributes an ocean of knowledge with over 16 years of successful software development experience. In his role, Anthony helps clients in the realization of tech ideas. He guides and manages development and software creation.

Anthony graduated with honours in Computer Science from La Trobe University.

As Project Director for Aerion Technologies, Anil guides and instructs a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects. Anil graduated in Information Management and has a Masters in Information and Communication Technology from La Trobe University. 
 
In his spare time, Anil likes to be surrounded by nature: likes hiking and spending time with his plants at home. 

Aaron is a Senior Software Developer at Aerion Technologies, bringing over 10 years of experience in building robust, high-performance software systems. He is deeply committed to engineering excellence and plays a key role in shaping the quality of Aerion’s codebase through hands-on development, in-depth code reviews, and technical consulting.

Specialising in Microsoft .NET and C#, Aaron is known for his clean, efficient code and his focus on long-term maintainability. He takes pride in following best practices and continuously refining solutions to ensure they are scalable, secure, and future-ready.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from La Trobe University and is passionate about staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.

Bikash is a Project Manager at Aerion Technologies with a strong background in software development. Previously a Senior Software Developer, he brings a practical understanding of how great software is built and how to guide teams to deliver it. Bikash combines technical insight with strong communication and a calm, collaborative approach to project delivery. He works closely with clients and developers to keep projects moving smoothly and ensure outcomes meet expectations.

He holds a Master of Information Technology (Honours) from Swinburne University of Technology.

When he’s not managing projects, Bikash enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, and capturing moments through photography.
