How do you want to distribute your app? Is it available to your customers or the general public? Then go for the Play Store or App Store, if it’s an internal business application it can still be deployed there but you can also host the installation files within an intranet.
If you opt for the latter you are doing an “Enterprise Rollout”, this allows you to bypass the review process but now you’re responsible for communicating updates and news to your staff. They won’t get a notification from the stores about new updates.
