He talks about how they initially canvassed 60 to 70 individuals and found that many had not heard of their product. However, they continued to develop their prototype, making it more user-friendly. After three months, they revisited the same people and found a significant shift in perception. Going back to his experience of working in Dell’s manufacturing facility in Limerick, Ireland, JP highlights his role in management and the importance of process improvement and optimization in lean manufacturing.
