Do you know how long the app store takes?
It can take anywhere from a few hours to days and in rare cases a week or two. The initial upload and verification would generally take the longest as it has to be fully reviewed for the first time. Each subsequent update would take less time, as it should be an iterative update, so it’s a smaller chunk that requires reviewing.
There are automated reviews that happen in order to check code for malware and viruses etc. But did you know that an actual person reviews and tests the app? Keep this in mind, as for any app uploaded to the Apple App Store you need to make available an Apple reviewer account. This is the account the reviewer will login into and test and review the app.
